Datuk Eddie Razak

Datuk Eddie Razak is a seasoned strategist and policy advisor whose work spans corporate finance, public policy, and social development. With over two decades of experience, he has emerged as a leading voice on the intersection of social capital, sustainability, and national prosperity.

Datuk Eddie began his career in corporate finance before shifting his focus to advancing social empowerment through policy transformation. He believes a nation’s strength lies in the fabric of its society and advocates for smart policies that place people at the center. His four-tier approach to societal transformation – social protection, social opportunity, social impact, and social capital – has shaped national-level strategies in Malaysia and Saudi Arabia.

He has advised the Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development in Saudi Arabia on the Associations Support Fund, contributed to environmental initiatives with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, and developed waqf strategies for the General Authority for Awqaf. In Malaysia, his work includes formulating a Social Finance Roadmap, co-founding the Social Impact Committee, establishing social outcome-based funding models, and leading reforms in education through the integration of Higher Order Thinking Skills and the IB framework.

Datuk Eddie is the CEO of TellUS Report, a sustainability-focused SaaS platform, and the Managing Partner of Energe Networks, an advisory firm committed to building empowered, resilient societies. He also sits on the board of Hatten Land Ltd and continues to shape impactful policies as Director of Strategy at Dunecrest Strategic Development.

An alumnus of Harvard Kennedy School, the National University of Singapore, and the University of Maryland, Datuk Eddie combines global perspective with local insight. He is passionate about unlocking societal value through innovation, governance, and strategic partnerships.
